(um 1800 - 1860). Englischer Architekturmaler und Stahlstecher. Beschickte 1819-23 und 1832 die Ausstellungen der Royal Academy in London. Als Stahlstecher zunächst für William Tombleson in London tätig. Eröffnete 1824 in Karlsruhe mit C. L. Frommel das erste Atelier für Stahlstich in Deutschland. 1832 wieder in London tätig. Gründete später ein eigens Atelier ?Winkles & Lehmann? in Leipzig.
